AURORA – Appartments

Prices vary depending on length of stay and depending on whether you choose the high or low season and go from a minimum of €. 90.00 to a maximum of €. 250,00 per day per apartment, taxes included. (The above prices are indicative and can be modified by the structure at any time without notice and without any justification.)

Low season is considered from 1st of May to the 2nd Saturday of June and from the 1st Saturday of September to 30th September. The high season is considered from the 2nd Saturday of June to the 1st Saturday of September. In high season a minimum stay of 7 days is required from Saturday to Saturday. In low season a minimum stay of 3 days is required with arrival and departure on any day of the week.

There are special discount if you book 2 weeks or 4 weeks.

Any request is subject to acceptance by the Soggiorno Aurora Residence and must be confirmed by sending a deposit equal to 1/3 of the agreed price.

The price includes a reserved parking for each apartment for a car, a place reserved in front of a beach with one sun umbrella and two sun beds, water and electricity. Normally bed linens, towels,daily use goods and whatever is not expressly stated are not provided. Upon request sheets and towels can be supplied with an extra on the price of the stay.

The price does not include the Tourist Tax which is calculated based on the rates established by the Municipality of Caorle.

All apartments are for 4 people, maximum 5 with a small child.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled for any reason up to 30 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first three nights will be charged or the deposit will be retained. If cancelled for any reason later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. If you leave the Residence Soggiorno Aurora for any reason earlier then the time booked of your reservation, the total price of the reservation will be charged in any case anyway.
